I would also like to use this site as an avenue to express my thoughts about the world around me; the trials and joys of raising two children, one a pre-teen and the other just entering her double digits; the stress of holding down various part-time jobs and over-volunteering; my dealings with a huge dog and all the crap (literally) that comes with that; and the ups and downs of marriage with a wonderful man who sometimes acts like a child. Thus was born the site of Hauscow and My Tails!
