Offering in-depth editorial services, HausCow will analyze a writing piece, suggest organization and content adjustments, catch subject-verb disagreement and inappropriate word usage, correct awkward sentence structure, and alert the writer to any grammar and punctuation mistakes.

If you would like help with editing your work,send your work formatted in MS Word, Open Office, Word Perfect or plain text, with 12-point Times New Roman, Courier or comparable font. Include your full name, e-mail address, assignment criteria and deadline.

HausCow will evaluate the original paper, edit the first paragraph and return edits along with an estimate on turnaround time. Once the piece is finished (not done), HausCow will send back the edited work along with a copy that highlights tracked changes, so the writer can decide which suggestions and edits he/she would like to keep.

Attached is a sample of a simple college entrance paper written by a junior in high school. It was one of her first attempts to write a paper of this kind. The first attachment is the original and the second attachment is the edited version.
